      @@JbProperty-n1w 其实也差不多。因为一面面向v summer place的和majestic gen rise面对medrum heights一样。之间都是很狭窄的车道。两栋楼之间很近。造成两栋楼面向对方的单位是肯定没什么view可言的。 面对RTS轨道的可能好一点。可是同样会因为面对RTS轨道和对面车流量很多的车道的噪音。而且R&F第三期就建在正对面。之后也是一样view会被block掉。

    电梯部分应该是比majestic gen rise好些。都是一样的每层22间单位。可是majestic的只有6个lifts全部单位share。这个至少自然的分成了11间各share4个，肯定等楼梯时间会好一点。
