Veo con sorpresa que este hombre parece NO conocer la existencia de LIMAS y/o limatones. Casi todo lo hace con el esmeril eléctrico. Casi no emplea herramienta tradicional de mano. NO vemos TORNO, no vemos un CEPILLO INDUSTRIAL, no vemos SANDBLAST... y aún así, logra una restauración bastante agraciada y decente. Felicitaciones por este trabajo¡¡

Isn't that cast iron? I had the impression 7018 wouldn't hold up well welding to cast iron and you need some kind of high nickel rod.

It’s beautiful but I don’t think showing the finished product at the beginning was good, some of us really enjoy watching to the end to see the process and the finished product at the end, other than that. Good restoration, crazy the stuff you can do to bring shit back to life

I would have started with a pressure washer to get all of that dirt/grime off before starting. 🤣
I was looking forward to the base/gear/thinner screw going onto the lathe for bearing housing and weld cleanup.
