Octopus at the Banda Islands (Maluku, Indonesia)

A shrimp in a spaceship at Pulau Hatta (Banda Islands, Maluku, Indonesia). If you look carefully you can see a little shrimp living inside a pelagic tunicate (salp) as protection from predators.

A sea butterfly at Pulau Run (Banda Islands, Maluku, Indonesia). Unlike other sea snails sea butterflies float and swim freely through the ocean. This has led to a number of evolutionary adaptations in their bodies, including complete or near-complete loss of the shell. Their foot has also taken the form of two wing-like lobes which propel the animal through the sea by slow flapping movements.
