    Hello there.. I visited your TH-cam channel and found it needs a lot of updates. First of all your channel video SEO is very weak due to which your channel video views are not increasing. If you do SEO then your video will come first in the search list and your video views and subscribers will increase. I am waiting for your reply. Please let me know if you need my service

    1. Blaming I take the blame. 2. Criticisms. I only stated if you want to have people not talk on a hike let us know. 3. Defensive I get defensive if ordered around for no reason. 4. Need to be right I don't like righteousness. 5. Being indirect, I say it nicely... 6. Not listening I listen, I even pinch myself 7. Self referencing. I know about this and shy away from doing that. 8. Superficial , that's not me for sure. 9. Not taking responsibility. I usually am the one taking responsibility and blame. Ask questions, that isn't programed in me from a military background, but I try.🎉 ?But do you go back to controlling types? Types that tell you they want you to get rid of your soap, not to talk..., etc. Command. ❤😊 Thank you!

    I love this. So much good information here. My takeaway is that overreacting creates a fracture in the relationship and the patterns of overreacting are how I learned to create connection as a child. Tending to my needs is so helpful.

    Blame Criticism (Not connecting) Defensiveness (insecure) Needing to be right (ego) Indirect (no firm answer) Not listening attentively (divided attention) Self referencing (not responding to others) Keeping things on surface or superficial (keep some distance ) Not taking responsibility for your own part (Not owning)

    Can you or a person in general exercise the psoas and pirisoris (spelling) muscle simultaneously? Also what is meant by the term released? Does release mean to stretch or lengthen the muscle? Oh, no! I just looked it up and it's spelled piriformis muscle. The problem is now there's more to worry about. I found out there's a piriformis A And a piriformis B!!!

    The psoas does not work on the head. it is attached to the lumbar vertebrae and 12 thoracic vertebrae and to the lesser trochantor. Consequently it does not act on flexing or extending the head. the exercise is fine but you need to go back and review your anatomy.

    • @RobynSmithrockyourrelationship
      @RobynSmithrockyourrelationship 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, I know my anatomy and where the psoas attaches and what it's actions are. Not sure where your comment is coming from or what I said as this was posted many years ago but I'll have to check and see what you're referring to.
