It's not. The video is in mirror mode. Everything is flipped. Look at the text on the cockpit and the PS5. A lot of people don't realize that.

Thanks for sharing. Yes I am still using them, however I don't race anymore. Just into drifting now. At one point I was considering the V3 pedals but the mod works so well I don't think it's necessary.

Point taken. I never drove a modern race car so I don't know what it should feel like. Having some amount of travel in the pedal is what I expect based on a standard sports car.So that's why I went with the mod.

Mine felt too stiff at first but i'm certain that they softened up pretty fast. I thought maybe i had just got used to it but there's definitely more travel than at first so they must have got softer with use.

Break on Real GT3 cars aren’t stiff at all. This is a myth. Drivers need to modulate break and without travel this is not possible. Fanatec made it wrong. If you don’t believe check the videos on YT, many real drivers break this myth.

The only thing I can think of is software (Drivehub) update. You may have to try older versions to find one that work.

I think I used the hex wrench it came with and the spanner for extra force.

I Used the closed end of the 12 spanner to help turn hex, like an extension.

Did you use the same screws for fgt cause i had to drill mine out cause they weren’t coming out.

@efxyzn Yes I did, I had lots of extra screws from the Fgt for some reason. The screws that came with the aftermarket seat didn't work if I remember correctly.

No problem at all, thanks to Google. The TH8A worked at first but I can't remember when/why it stopped working. I don't think I got it to work with drivehub after I got rid of the Raslution adapter.

At the time I didn't really use it as I mainly played GT7 so I am unsure.

Lol yea 🤣 rock solid. What I did was remove the SpaceX sponge from the butt area and replaced with the back support it came with. That worked well for me. The seat mod I did is very comfortable but it was kinda hard to make it work. Hopefully the video makes it way easier for you. Thanks for stopping by.

Hey thanks for asking. I do like the F-GT for the price, the seat it comes with not so much. I actually swapped it out with a custom car seat but because of your height, I think you will need the seat it comes with( it fits further back). I am 5'11 and have to pull the seat forward. I had a buddy about your height try my setup and it was a tight fit for him but it was usable. If I were you I would get it off Amazon that way it is easy to return. It does come with everything you need just make sure you order the one that includes the seat. I made that mistake and had to send it back. It also came with the monitor stand which I didn't realize until years after.

Hey sup, it came with the seat. I didn't even realize until years after. I was looking around to buy but luckily I kept the box with what I thought had spare parts. 😅

I am not sure how it will compare to the mod u did but it feels way better than stock.You have the option to adjust based on your preference so that makes it a very good mod to me.Before the mod I was thinking of getting the V3 but not any more.

Lol 😆 It's all good. I did get tired of GT because I wasn't improving but now started enjoying FM. I really like the physics of this game.

@@GsimRacing that’s fair to each their own, real shit though I can be a reference for trying to be a better driver on gt and you can drive with me and I can give you the same tune I use so you have a better idea what where you need to push more. I absolutely love gt, it’s the closest thing to real drivin other than iracjng and assetto corsa

@fibonacci-dilemma3675. I appreciate it brother. I am a fan of GT too, I even have PSVR2 but I just can't get my times down. That plus having the time between work and family. If I ever get to do this full-time I would definitely force myself to improve.

Well I take your criticism but I follow motors and even the best drivers Hamilton, Schumacher, Max all have accidents and in their case actual life is at stake. So to put me in the same class for that?! The reason I cut across was because I was being hit and I was trying to get away from the dirty driving I didn't realize I cut infront that last guy until I saw the replay, for all I know he was the one hitting me but it's just a game. I ain't cry over it, just disappointed.

I may have to give iRacing a shot. This game has a lot of potential, I hope they fix this problem.

@@GsimRacing Only way to fix this would be to turn assist off for online event and add real DNF damage (they don't need visual damage)

@marc-andrehogue114 Man I never used assist in Gran Turismo but I find it very useful in Motorsport because they keep changing the races, can't grind one race until you get better. I am still a rookie at this.

I hear you but I was also being hit from the start of the race to that point. I was trying my best to get away from those guys. You have to turn up the volume to hear all the hits I was getting from behind. It's sad because the game is really good in my opinion.
