Thanks a lot for help and sharing the video. Did finished the replacement of the active radiator shutter motor problem (23953 - Active Radiator Shutter 1 P05A0 00 [10101111] - Stuck Open). Got some notes to share though: It is possible to change the motor in the shutter assy without removal of the headlights and the shutter assy simply by removing the top 5 shutter bars on both sides. Than loose the 2 fastening screw and push the motor assy backwards out of the frame. It's a little puzzleing but it worked. Get the bars back in is even more difficult but with a little bit patience it'll work :) It was noticeable that the manual movement of the shutters with the old motor was very easy, although one can feel the gear movement in the damaged unit. But moving the shutters with the new motor installed was much more restrictive, but still possible. Took the motor apart and found a broken driveshaft, pictures here forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/31799/page-3. Front bumper: as explained in youtube many times, the connection on the side below the headlights have 5 screws under the trim and the wheel well inner cover, that all. I did not want to pull the bumper outwards as it looked very stiff and did not want to break it. But it is really only pressed in the quarter panel gap, it needs a hard pull to get it out.

You ever use brake cleaner? Also, whats that white stuff you put on the pads? The 2 piece rotors on these audi are super expensive, but yours look like they're in bad shape. I wouldn't be surprised if you feel the brakes shaking after this job.
