4:18 I had a Suzuki TL1000 Sport and it had a clutch lockout as well. I know that in the pat when I rode Bultaco dirtbikes (kickstarter on the left hand side) that I've started the things when they were in gear and being dragged along beside the bike with the throttle half open and not being able to close the throttle isn't pleasant. The only option was to fall to the ground and let the thing go.

My mv agusta rush 1000 is approx 2yrs old and has had issues since I brought it home from the dealership. I've been waiting for over a year for parts. It's been sitting in the shop since june 2024. Waiting on parts!

The clutch lockout is a new development. My 21 brutale 1k did not have that with the original mapping, but after updated mapping, i now have to pull in the clutch. Thus far, the complaints i have would have to be after installing the race ecu that came with the arrow slip on, my cruise control wont work anymore, the factory auto blipper is spotty, good for road use but i wouldnt trust it on track, and for the way i like to ride the spring rates in the shock and fork made the bike literally unridable for me. All that being said it is by far my favorite and i hope to add more mv's to my garage

Dude, GO TO AN AFTERMARKET PARTS STORE AND BUY AN LED KIT FOR THE BIKE! It's not that hard 🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm aiming for the Brutale 1000 RR Assen (no need to improve on a perfect bike).

do you know if the winglets on the RC can be removed or are they fixed? I prefer the look of your fairings over the new winglets . I didn't know if the fairings are interchangeable between the RC and the Rosso

Had a 2020 BMW S1000RR............Traded it in for an old 2015 MV AGUSTA F3 800. BMW is a German porn star did everything only good to look at. MV AGUSTA is Italian catwalk model doesn't cook or clean but wow she looks amazing.

I am considering trading my RS660 Extrema for this bike, the RR to be exact. I am somewhat of a new rider so for myself, this bike seems to be a healthy step up BUT Where I live doesn't have an MV dealership ANYWHERE NEARBY. How difficult would maintenance be in my situation? How impossible would Maintenace be for any dealer who doesn't sell or connect with MV?

I got a set of Rizoma Stealth mirrors and turn signals for the F3 sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. I haven’t even picked the bike up yet from the dealer. 😂😂 I love the way they look though! I have a set on my Aprilia RS660 as well and it makes the front end look amazing. Also you can see good enough out of them. I only need a glimpse of what’s behind me or just turn my head. People complain too much about that.

Can you ecu flash theses bikes and upgrade them?

How much does the first service typically run? I may be picking up an F3 here soon. Do they do anything with the ECU during the service?

What the real top speed on that bike

I have a 2023 Ducati V2 Bayliss and a 2009 MV Agusta F4 312RR. When I want to turn up somewhere to turn heads, I always take the F4 over the Bayliss. MVs are just a world apart from any other bike in terms of their beauty!

I owned a 2017 F4RR. Too many mechanical and electrical issues. I was expecting a reliable motorcycle but very disappointed. My dealer dropped the MV brand from the show room. Issues I had with the motorcycle: electrical wiring issue which was fully replaced under warranty, oil leak from the crank where the sprocket is (even after dealer servicing it), gas tank deformation due to ethanol content in the US gasoline (replaced under warranty), engine overheating issue even with a better water impeller installed, vibrating mirror that was replaced under warranty, LCD dash that becomes dark & unreadable when the bike is parked under the sunlight for too longer. Issues with dealership: untrained mechanics due to high turnover, careless work (missing screws, missing fasteners, overtorquing causing damage to engine crankcase, missing clips, did not put the fairing back correctly after service), misdiagnosed problems causing even more expensive service. I’ve seen two other customers with Brutale 800 (MY 2017) whose engine was broken and replaced under warranty. The F4 or any MV bikes are motorcycle art for the living room literally. My F4 is the most expensive living room decor there is. I’m still holding onto it for my project bike and learning to service it myself. The F4 is a great motorcycle when it is working but my ownership has been plagued with too many unscheduled visit to the dealer. I will forever never consider buying another MV Agusta again. My Ducati is surprisingly a much more reliable bike from electrical and mechanical perspectives. Aftermarket parts are plentiful. Dealership experience has been very positive so far. Service work has been great also. Sorry MV Agusta, you are extremely beautiful to ride and to look at but I have no patience in dealing with many negative ownership experiences. YMMV.

As with most italian crap, they're nice to look and ride, but this means they need to work first, and that is very difficult for those brands
