Theyre in trouble now too. Never in my life would I think Id use bing, but now that they have the gpt search its my go to
So what is a better option?
Bing's chatgpt search works very very well, and you can ask absurdly specific questions and still get good results, or further refine your question with follow ups
All thats happened is i stopped using google all together.

This is so dumb. If Google results were bad people would start flocking to their competitors.. in fact the only reason Google has no real competition as of now is because of its tremendous track record for yielding reliable results. AI is a new technology and with the hundreds of millions of Google searches every single day there are bound to be mistakes. These aren’t intentional. They’re just evidence that the AI apocalypse is here just yet.
Google is not a charity, it's a business. The idea here is that Google's current methods are leading to worse search performance in much the same way that any publicly traded company that has perfected a product must then design it to reliably break. People will certainly flock to something better depending on their need for accurate results.
