Truely Impressive :) I've been following R. Arona ever since this impressive show against Fedor, and he was 13kg ligher than Fedor at the time. The Machado brothers are almost overshadowing the Gracies on the other hand.. . I say (with my limitted knowledge of course) that my prefered grapplers at this moment are Ricardo Arona, JJ Machado, Edie Bravo and Ryron Gracie.

im aware that im replying to a 2yr old comment but it sounds like your knee has a meniscal tear. i have the same thing, stops me from doing correct form in bjj. but it can be corrected with surgery and ready for you to use fully within 6 weeks of the operation.
