Absolutely beautiful. Just what the Dr. ordered. I got a little mentally over stimulated a few days ago & then found myself un-able to sleep for days. I have some medical limitations & my conditions normally mean I sleep 14-16 hours every 24. The worst part, is i was so exhausted & my illnesses worsened by the lack of sleep, that I have been even less productive these 3+ whole days, than I normally am with my 8 or so hours awake. When I finally crashed a bit yesterday, it was a very fitful sleep & I woke up to a seizure, unable to return to sleep. Late night/early this morning I considered meditation to try to find some peace of mind. I came to your channel & found this video, I had not watched yet. So, I lowered the lights built a quick playlist with this # on top (beautiful piano btw. I’d love to hear “now we are free” played on it). With your music now playing low on one device & videos of thunderstorms showing(no audio) on the screen of another, i decided to just try & rest & not worry about falling asleep. At this point, although fatigued & in pain, I couldn’t help having the crazy thought that I scarcely remembered what it felt like to drift off to sleep. Crazy, because again, sleep is what I mostly do. I began listening to your music around 4am. My heart rate lowered almost immediately & I recall that about 5 minutes or so in; I thought the piece was ending, then I recall the pleasing violins, as I tried to remember what song was next in my playlist. However, i never finished that thought. I was asleep. After a few peaceful dreams I slept deeply (rare as I have a REM sleep disorder). I did not wake again until an alarm went off for my medication at noon. I can’t thank you enough. Not just for the wonderful nap. But, for taking the time to share your music. You & many of the content providers on TH-cam make such a difference in the lives of people like myself. People who are home bound, many bed ridden, due to illness, injury, disease or advanced age. The quality of my life, a life that consists of lucid dreams & 8-12 short sweet hours of awake time, is truly improved by channels like yours. TH-cam is by far the most easily consumed media for me. It is my resource for information, education and entertainment. I most often build playlists to view offline because the VLC media player is easiest for me to control & I needn’t worry about my on again off again internet connection. My playlists, made up of all TH-cam woodworking videos, amusing shorts, & replayed computer/tech live streams, as well as music, like your channel & theatrical plays & audio books play for me on at least one monitor ALL day whether I am awake or asleep. Unfortunately, this offline viewing, means I don’t give the channels I subscribe to near enough support by watching videos start to end or thumbs up. But I do always share your videos from the TH-cam window, & I am a TH-cam Paid Premium Plan member. Also, occasionally, like this afternoon, I have someone help me get to TH-cam while online so I can watch some videos through, thumb up, check for affiliate links etc. And today, so I could leave this insanely long comment. Because it truly is the least I can do to show my appreciation.Thank you. ~ 🛠️Lisa♿️

I play this on loop and fall asleep to. Question for all . On my stressful days this song sounds out of key on certain cords but correct itself as i calm and relax . Does anyone else experience or notice change in hearing .
