Hi, everyone !
This is the virtual treadmill scenery video for your walking and running workouts.
I have lived in many countries in Asia for over 20 years, but currently I live in my favorite country, Thailand.
On this channel, I will be showing you 4K videos of Asia-loving people walking and running through the beautiful nature and cityscapes of Asia, mainly in Thailand, so please take a virtual trip to Asia with me.
I walk and run through a variety of places, from major to niche, so I hope you will watch them to kill time on the treadmill, where time seems to pass slowly and boring.
I'm what you might call a minimalist runner, running in Vibram, Saguaro, or Vivobarefoot shoes or Luna sandals in order to continue running for a long time without injury.
I run barefoot on the beach.

What untouched and beautiful nature. I hope you are always healthy and strong. I never dare to go to such areas alone. Of course Thailand is a safe country, but I mean dogs. I have been bitten by dogs twice so far. Honestly, I was in the middle of town when I was attacked by dogs
Thanks for your comment. Yes!! I'm also afraid of dogs. I was bitten by a dog in Cambodia and had to get five Sanofi shots. I often get barked at by dogs in Thailand, but I run every day praying that I won't get bitten (￣人￣)

The building works half way along worry me, as my beach 12 or 13 seems to have disappeared - maybe can't compete with the noise - and I recall a massage shop in the same vicinity which I can't see on this virtual walk.
