What's the Audio system like?, music, calls etc. Thanks.
In all honesty, absolutely shit. Sound wise it is amazing, but the controls are at the base of the helmet, at the back of your head! It's nearly impossible to use them while riding, especially on a naked bike. With winter gloves on, forget it! I ended up ditching it for a Sena unit stuck to the side.
@ukveganbikers Thanks for that verdict mate. Just such a unique style visually, that's why I like it. It's a shame that that's the only box that it ticks if the audio is difficult. Can you not use your phone for the controls instead with the bluetooth?. Glad you put the video up. Thanks again.
Nice take on the Gen 3 busa. 100% my dream bike but insurance says NOPE in London. Noone will insure me 😂. Great quality as well. What camera your using ? Seems very punchy
Cheers mate, yes it's an amazing machine, although i'd be very wary of owning one in London. It would only be a matter of time before someone tries to take it! Camera is a GoPro 10 with a generic microphone. 👍🏻
@ukveganbikers Yes you must be careful how you park it etc. They love stealing anything here. Sin City 🤣.
That's why I very rarely ride to London, only if I have no other choice! 😬
Curious to hear your thoughts once you get a change to ride with them for a while. I have a pair of riding jeans, but typically I end up wearing my ADV pants instead.
Oooooo k?
Thanks for the review. I too have a Tiger 900 and my givi tank bag is too big for daily use. I noticed your windscreen. It looks nice. Can you share the king of windscreen you have and if it works well?
The windscreen is standard, but the side deflectors are from Puig, it's not a massive difference but they do work to be honest. 👍🏻
Promise them anything, but sell them a Mahindra!
Vegan bikers? 😂😂😂 I thought it was about bicycles.
You've got the wrong channel then! Stick to your lycra! 😉

What a fantastic time, great friends made & wonderful memories. Lovely to see it again but from another’s point of view 🥰🤗
That’s rekindled some memories!! 💚
Don't want a female teaching me thank you
Isn't this a maneuverable bike?are you an idiot?it's one of the best handling naked in the world
You talk to much over other people stop and listen just an observation 😂
Excellent review! I sure like my 2022 GT Pro have not the chance to ride a 2024 yet.
Love this! 💚🙏🌍🕊️✨
Thanks legend was nice and easy
I had a v7 iii. Your spot on about the finish over winter.

Thank you! Would usually have been a bit more banter but my voice was still recovering from a bad cold! 😬
doesn't look like a two into one exhaust to me
I know, but In my defence I was freezing my nuts off! 😀
👌
They won’t sell many CR version with most potential owners loving beer
Probably not no!
Sounds like you could use some protein and iron 🤔
Is that literally the best you can come up with! 🤔 Maybe give the stand up comic career a miss for the time being.....
Thanks for that. What mount did you use for your satnav?
Evotech mount. Brilliant bit of kit. 👍🏻
Would you buy one? I'm still on the verge - TVL SCS or MS 1260S...
Yes I would. It’s such a cracking bike, full of character and the clutch gives you the best of both worlds.
How can a woman be teaching riding skills? 😂
@@grumpyauldman I’d love to watch you say that to her face. 👌🏼

@@grumpyauldman projecting your own uselessness on to a whole other gender isn’t a good look….
Considering these for my Tiger. Appreciate you putting up the installation vid. Are you still happy with the guards?
Yes, they are great, they work as expected and are great in summer when you can take all the wind protection off in seconds. The only issue with them is that they are not reinforced, so if you drop the bike they won't provide any protection and are liable to break, though you can get individual replacement hand guards. 👍🏻
Spot on review. I've just done 15k in my first year of ownership. I even put on the same road 6 tires and wireless quad lock with Evo tech mount. My shocks were also replaced under warentee for exact same reason. I've also had to change my chain and sprockets around 12k. Servicing is a bit more expensive than he said. Was £900 for the 12k service. 6k service with brake pads was £500 and triumph will not offer a service plan like bmw. Overall though a really great bike. It's not the best at anything but does everything really well. Don't be put off by people talking about vibes, the bike feels good and it only gets noticeable vibey around 85mph and even then you have cruise control if that bothers you.
Servicing costs tend to vary across the country from what I can tell. I just paid £889 for my 24k service including rear pads at Pure Triumph in Wellingborough. The new '24 model should be much cheaper to run seeing as the valve clearance is now at 18k miles, but I still would've liked to have seen the intervals extended to 7.5k miles to be more inline with the competition!
I've got the itch to buy a new one but i need to keep mine for a free years to get a return. No hardship mine is great. @@ukveganbikers
Its classified as a motorcycle so yes its better than an Ebike.
Can't argue with that!
Can't think of better bike for an early ride out to grab a bacon butty.
@@velocettektt haha, thank you for the comment though, it all helps with the algorithms! 😊
I 100% disagree. I hate the Tiger GT Pro lights and lighting. It’s hands down thé worst I have ever ridden. “The best you have ever used” ? I’m glad I haven’t been riding your previous bikes. Thé lighting shadows ( that really annoys me) and has such a minimal spread ( yes with thé pathetic aux lights on too) and distance. I tested thé “fog“ lights in the garage on their own in the dark, useless. I may as well have held up my iPhone light instead). Turns the road into daylight”??? Huh? Even your clip at 1:18 +++ shows numerous shadows, it barely goes 50m up the road , you can’t see the opposite lane at all, nor beyond the grassy verge, there is no way you could see an animal coming towards you from the side. How on earth do you think this is daylight? That is so far from daylight it’s not funny. I was doing about 80k/h recently on a twisty mountain road, I could hardly see the next bend, or future road direction, let alone beyond it all, I could not see the numerous pot holes, that I would easily dodged during the day, and I ran directly into a brick size rock. Luckily I didn’t come off. BTW in “daylight” I can see ALL those things. I stopped and waited for and trailed a car; now that is what real driving lights are. I took it to the shop for them to check, and they marginally improved it. I really need some serous upgrades to this. I refuse to ride at night now.! It’s funny how you think this is great, mines the same and I absolutely hate it. I can’t see a thing.
@@einfjordbreen2925 the gopro won’t show the full spread of light I’m afraid. All I can say is, maybe you should get your bike checked by your dealer to make sure it’s adjusted correctly or there isn’t some other issue! I’ve done 25k on this bike now, a lot of those miles in the dark too, and i stand by my comments, and I have never had an issue riding at night!
Does the Ermax help with wind?
@@midlifecruiser yes. Not massively, but does make a difference.
Went for a test ride on the 2024 Tiger 900GT Pro 7 months ago. Arrived back at the dealer and bought the bike! It has everything required for a smooth quick fast ride, if you want to go fast. Or a totally easy bike to ride also if you wish to chill with slower speeds. With the heated seat & grips, butter smooth quick shifter, cruise control. Various ride modes. Electronic suspension and quality brakes. A large clear, easy to navigate digital screen. There is nothing not to love with this bike. Well done Triumph! I'm 5'7''. Seat height is perfect for me at 820mm. Did I mention I love this bike. I have ridden gravel roads on the standard tyres with no issues. Have since put on 70/30 tyres. Here in NZ there are some wonderful country to explore on gravel. It's a keeper for me.
@@paulguillemot2613 enjoy the bike, it’s a cracker! I’d love to do a tour of NZ one day, but I’m terrified of flying! 😂
Thanks for the review. I’ve just received mine and I love it. Very well made and very comfortable. Just an fyi, Kuiper is pronounced Kaiper (like eye) after the Kuiper Belt in astronomy.
@@collinstebbins2598 good to know! 👍🏻
Cool review but I got 2023 GT..900..and it cuts out and high speeds..triumph should have done recall it's very dangerous 😢😢
What has your dealer said about the problem?
You have to go through it all again! Well thats two seconds of my life I’ll never get back!!!
Cheers. Currently on a 2017 Tiger 800 XRT and considering a 24 GT Pro
Having owned a '15 XRX, as well as a '21 gtpro, I can wholeheartedly recommend the new bike! 👍🏻
Soy Boys
And?
I have a 23 GT Pro with 17k miles. I agree with your comments. I fitted the smaller Givi screen which onlly comes in smoke colour. Being wider it improves the side buffeting. Also have the Michelin Road 6 tyres - the're brilliant. The new model definitely has better brakes but I like the pre 24 TFT better than the new one. I love the bike.
Must admit I hear a lot of people complain about the tft but I honestly don't mind it!
Hi i am picking up a new 900gt pro on Saturday and am so glad to hear i can put on 6s... I had 5s on ac660 sport and loved them.. I am hopeful triumph west london will fit during pdi on Wednesday but if not i know a great local bike mechanic.... Thanks for great reviews
Hopefully they will, but Triumph dealers seem to not want to deviate from the original front try size!
@ukveganbikers triumph west london did the tyres during pdi... listening to my opinions and in the end agreed with me... very impressed 👏 Going to pick her up now
Ha, good to see it’s not just me that was driven nuts by the silly zip harness on the r35! Forced myself to use it today just because..
Great review how much was the metal under tray
Thanks! I honestly can't remember how much it cost, I added it as an option when I bought the bike.
Quick shifter problems solved from the previous generation? What are you talking about - are you providing literature bs or real world knowledge? Not intended as an insult.
Well, the quick shifter on the first generation Tiger 900 is well known to suffer from issues, with many replaced under warranty by Triumph.
I found bar muffs best , but they have issues also .
Thank you for posting this. It’s hard to find vegans info not related to food.
I've got a 2023 Triumph 850 sport similar bike and after having put 2.5k on it I've found the handle bars seemed to be too far away (I'm slim build 6' tall) some how giving me straight arms which is not good on a motorcycle. Either that or I was crushing myself against the tank. So I've fitted some Voigt offset bar raisers which seems to have done the trick. I've also put some RG Bar end weights which has reduced the handle bar vibes.
Thank You!!
its a great bike.. i got one alongside my 950 sp and have already started to improve it a little - does work for all heights even us vertically challenged 😂
I thought the height may be an issue, but it weighs so little that it never was!
Great video, got a test ride on a speed 400 next Saturday, looking forward to it.
Enjoy, it's a superb machine!
They've still got the two fingers connected. Probably will be ok but in my head it might feel a bit claustrophobic. Still really want their Neowise jacket.
It took me a while to get used to that, especially as I use 3 fingers for the clutch usually.
