Zapier added error handling recently. It has had workflow (zap) export/import for years as well FYI.

You can backup the credentials and workflows with your own workflow. Use the "execute command node" with this settings: [Edit: i only tried this with a selfhosted instance, dont know if it works for Cloud] For workflow: npx n8n export:workflow --backup --output repo/workflows/ For credentials: npx n8n export:credentials --backup --output repo/credentials/ This will generate .json files that you can store wherever you want and later import them. Just use the "upload file/folder node" and point to the folder repo/what-you-want. The backward procedure use the same logic, here are the command according to the docs: Workflows# Import workflows from a specific file: n8n import:workflow --input=file.json Import all the workflow files as JSON from the specified directory: n8n import:workflow --separate --input=backups/latest/ Credentials# Import credentials from a specific file: n8n import:credentials --input=file.json Import all the credentials files as JSON from the specified directory: n8n import:credentials --separate --input=backups/latest/

switching vom Make to N8N! Make is good start, N8N is a bit chunkier in my opinion. I'm running it on my server, thats great.
