Forest brothers were anti communist partisans in baltics mainly after ww2. They fought mainly to the middle 50's but some of them continued it till the end of soviet union.

Vaps movment was nationalist political movement made of veterans of the estonian independence war. They were prognosed to win the 1934 elections, but after Päts' coup they were made illegal. Later the praticipants of the coup surrendered Estonia without fight to USSR.

It's actually quite interesting, the difference between ruskis n germans, if a kid would ask for some food n water from a ruski, he would kick him in the stomach and burn their house down, Germans in the other hand would give the kid his bread, and be an actual decent human. Also the fact that ruskis destroyed our country, in the other hand, Germans helped to rebuild it, they taught us manners, brought what we now know as 'toilets', so we don't have to go outside as we used to under the ussr. Everyone felt safe around German soldiers. I'm not saying that Hitler was better than Stalin, they were the same sh1t. But the blood and culture is so different between them.
