LIFE FROM THE BBC - TRAILER
This documentary feature follows two MCs, Yaseen (20) and TNT (19) of the Palestinian rap group I-Voice (Invincible Voice) from the Bourj al Barajneh Refugee Camp (BBC) in south Beirut.
Facing constant electricity cuts in their small camp studio, Yaseen and TNT write lyrics by the lights of their cell phones and produce beats to a growing fan base - wracking up an impressive catalogue of music that has earned them a remarkable reputation within the local and international Arab hip-hop scenes.
The film follows them as they break out of the confines of refugee life - from the clubs and theaters in Beirut, to Spain and then to the biggest record-industry music festival in the United States South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin Texas March 2010.
In the end, it is a story about their search for power.

£56 to do this crawl now, all these pubs are so posh now all the owners staff and customers are proper poshies upper crustys wimbledon used to be about 90% working class now it's about 5%

The Wimbledon 8 was 6a pint in the first 2 in th 2nd 3in the 3rd ect ect 8 in the last not just a pint in each pub anyone can fo a single pint at each pub the guy doing this is very much a lightweight

My ex grew up in Wimbledon and we did 27 pubs in one day. Being a lady I was only drinking halves and not so fast but that was a right funny pisshead experience!

Did this fantastic pub crawl yesterday,raised a glass for Oliver.Best pub by a long chalk was The Crooked Billet,fantastic array of beers ad ciders.Fox and Grapes was woeful,empty,sterile,miserable South African barman,2 choices of lagers,total cack.Dog and Fox very poncy,barman needs a firmer wrist to serve the pints.Very nice day,Wimbledon Common is very beautiful in the sunshine.

Its a fun idea, and im sure back in the day it was even better, but with chain pubs and crappy chemical swill at £4 a go who would want to. In the day it was probably very social, a bit of fresh air and exercise and fun.. now, I have no idea its like the government just want us all to simply wait at home to die paying them a grand in tax a month for the privilege.. 1 out of 3 people are in benifits the best quality benifits in social history... im wondering who are the smart people really??
