Couldeve done more reps but shouldece done a pause rep in the middle at 15 to 20 reps then do another 4 reps towards the end up to 35 to 40 what I couldeve done probably going beyond and going all in and out

back biceps abs and forearms I'm doing bent over row and crushes and curls with light dumbell to finish it off off camera I'll do great again and get it all next week or once i hit back again in the morning or something but I'm trying do it in 30 to 45 mins and jus need to see my progress so far though

@auwv22 thanks I think he's right it's all bout personailty or how u are I try to be great mostly and have my moments like anyone esle but I'll be back at weights on the backporch and challenges with squats soon maybe late birthday I jus turned 27 so I might do 27 reps with a weight jus gotta get back into it 😉 😜 😊 and see my progress and see where I'm at on my max percentages to find a weight for it but I guess it has some to with looks and everything!!!!😘 and thanks for everything I dident think I was built that great cus I'll be satisfied once I get to my goals jacked strong and condioned and lean at 233 or something like that and bench 500 to 550 squat 650 to 700 deadlift 650 to 700 but also thanks that's I'm motivating I dident think I was to other people I jus do it to see my progress and if anyone wants to come along the way for the journey they can like u and anyone and I'm self motivator by the way jus dedicated and determined to go beyond the pain and never give up

I'm 24 years young, but I still get mistaken for a 15 year old, it's honestly so annoying because I'm much more mature than that eventhough most people don't see that because of my appearance. You've definitely helped me tone my legs. I basically copy your same workouts to a weight I can manage. Thank you for your response and your time!💥
@bigmike89 and don't rush yourself and immediately run to weightlifting. Start slow or try a different venture like calisthenics. I think that it teaches a person how to understand their body in order to develop a necessary relationship with one's physical capabilities, so maybe stepping stones like pushups, squats, jumping jacks, burpees and what not may actually benefit you. I remember the first time I tried your squat challenge I threw up because I got so dizzy from the squatting, jumping, and spinning, but overtime I conditioned my body to handle it and it does, so thank you!
@auwv22 oh ur welcome I understand I've been doing light dumbells and bodyweight to switch it up every once in a while but have for the last 2.5 months now so I might jus start off fresh tommrow we'll see this is the only thing and skill I'm great at with 15 plus and ongoing yrs of experience and wish I could get an upgrade enough money get paid to do so do make this cus this is my living life with God and Christ first spritual spirtually best friends cus I have no spirtual people in the world consistently but with only doing God's work helping me myself and I and others too so doing his work lead and he's in control me and trying to live like Christ and lead by them cus my spritual best bros in the army and out of state that's the main spritual brother or spirtual best bro and got another one that don't treat me well right now and spirtual sister or best friend as a girl haven't heard from in over 7 months now or been that long now so don't really have nobody but God and Christ first the heavenly father and the lord Christ and my Dad earthly or worldly and like my mom my Aunt that has stage 4 cancer I live with and live with Dad and so don't really have emotional support no girlfriend or anything to lean to on as support in this world but all I need is God and Christ
@auwv22 it does what motivate u and yea take ur time stay hydrated and yes or yea I haven't really threw up but did get light headed but aslong as in ac u should be better off but still hard work and that's what I love to push myself and ourselves to great things that's what this christian living life's for fights the great or good fight

Whats up brother. I understand you better then you know. Bodybuilding and powerlifting changed my life almost 25 years ago. If your opwn to advise , i can help you achieve your goals faster and safer. Dont train chest and shoulders on the same day, chest and back, or chest calves and biceps. Go lighter as well. Much lighter , shoot for 20 clean reps for three sets, when you can do that , up the weight and go for the samething again, master the weight before raising the weight. You got this brother.
Ok I'll take u up that advise but yea I've been doing this 15 years plus since 12 about to be 27 and I shouldeve been doing 12 reps throughout spring and summer and maybe doing doing heavier in the different seasons like when it gets colder but gotcha since I dont have a strong spotter I guess or reckon yea yup
So what's your advice or tips on how much a week or days a week what Like 3 to 4 or even 5 so I have 2 to 4 days of rest
@@bigmike89 I would need your age , weight, and goals, and how far along you are, just starting or already have sometime under your belt. Younger guys get mkre from training more, older guys from intensive training less with more rest periods. How os your diet and sleep? Those always are first. Eat right, sleep a good night , and then training.

I'm getting older now, still train and teach others, but not like I once did, you have youth and your just starting serious serious, you can go far brother and if I can help at all, I will, I love seeing people get where they want to, you still have time to compete if you want to as well!
@beentheredonethat5908 well I've been seriously into since 12 bit never had nothing to record until 13 or going into 14 but I've been doing it since 12 everyday I still do bodyweight or light dumbell going in-between 210 to 215 to 215 to 220 I fulucate depending on the day and season but I'm thinking leaning out right for or was trying determined too but maybe do a clean bulk get to 232 to 238 as a short term and long term goals and my goals are to get to a well let me put say this long term 20 inch arms 50 inch chest and 30 to 32 to maybe 33 inch legs and 500 bench and 650 squat and deadlift maybe one day but I can tell u short term until I found out my maxes on the calculator since I dont really or seriously have a strong spotter like me but what u like in-between a big medium frame like me
