8:00 I know how that feels. I was born with a very lazy eye. And ive been teased by siblings my mom grandma all of em. And even though they always thought it was a joke it did hurt my feelings In So many ways and made me very insecure. Now that I’m grown, and look better than all of them haha health wise shape wise I definitely don’t demean them for how they turned out but I learned to joke about my own eye and I even show my children that it’s okay to be different. I also learned how to make my eye turn in multiple ways where it looks from goofy to creepy and I put on a show for them in showing them how different mommy was growing up and to embrace it cause their are many others out in the world who are hurt by their differences but not to be afraid to be different but show u are unique and you aren’t alone in being different and it’s okay to be different. My son was born with an extra digit, or what some may call a sixth finger. Although it was surgically removed due to health reasons, and also the stigma of the era in how cruel people are and don’t think to accept different people, I still saved pictures and when he gets old enough I want him to be able to see how I adored his little extra finger and kiss it and that he was born more special in gods eyes !! He is the smartest kid ive ever known, very ahead of most kids to only be the age of 4 now I have never seen a kid excel logically as fast as he has. I knew there was something so special about him after seeing he was born with the extra digit. I am so serious my son is very very smart he moved extremely faster than any of my other 3 children and I’m blessed to have such a intriguing smart little guy and anticipate what him and his siblings will become one day. Children are so special !! Love and cherish them for you never know howmuch they will make u proud one day or become or how much you’ll need them and their love as us as parents become old and wrinkled. Haha . I mean look at Johnny he never wavered in his love for his mom and took care of her til her dying day although she was very abusive. My mother was also a jazz pianist and met and befriended Art Tatum. I wish I had know that Jeff Beck's Uncle also loved the music of Art Tatum, who was an Afro American who came to London just before the War, and my mother visited him after he came off the floor of the place where he was playing, and talked to him. She was a great fan, and he was truly a brilliant musician. My experience of Jeff Beck was in a Special set of Art classes at Secondary School, with us. He came in late and sat down and we waited for the Music teacher to come in to the lesson. We were all intrigued, as he was older than us. He was always quiet and mainly talked to those whom were the most advanced in the class. At this time of Jeff's life he did not have a guitar, but he longed for one. He had lessons on the piano with his mother, as I did with mine. He was a bit like a coiled wire, ready to spring. One day he came in and went straight to the back of the room with a load of paraphernalia in his hands, and sat on the store room floor. We girls were at the front and quietly asked what Jeff was doing. The answer was that Jeff was trying to make a guitar! I had no idea how he made some Blues sounds, but he did and it was amazing! After we left school I, and all of us, looked out for any news of Jeff. He was in the news and on the radio. I cheered that he had begun to make music professionally and it was his own kind of music. Yes, I weep at the loss of this giant figure in Music, who had so much to give. He was also imbued with rules to live by, and this moral part of him often came out in school and later on in his life, and it was sprinkled with a great sense of humour.
