need my fridge is leaking water on the floor very very badly, i have samsung numerous times, CSR are very lousy, they dont to want to do anything, they dont know themselves, what to do, floor is damage, every 25min i mop a bucket of water, i am tired, money is tight, cant afford tech, my model #RF18HFENBSR; it is three french w/no water dispenser, i appreciates all advice, god bless. i have been mopping all day, i just turn off the water switch, i have look everywhere, plz plz help my place is flooded, it is all wet i am sacred of falling Reply

Thank you... my filters are a mess... because I couldn't figure out how to remove them! Thank you sir BTW... I used Super Clean degreaser to soak and then Dawn dish soap and a brush to clean the filters. Windex removed the grease buildup on the frames.

Excellent instructional, I was thinking the leak was coming from my new filter - took only 15 minutes to clear the drain clog! Thank you!

Yup Samsung fridge got a lot of issues. Even our samsung drier has issues too. It starts turning when you close the door. And i still cant figure out how to fix it. Garbage expensive brand. Any body here has same issue with the samsung drier?

Thank you, 🙏🏻 for this video! I’ve been dealing with this issue the past month. First, I ripped the filter somewhat, trying to take it out with my finger. Then, I tried a knife trying not to be forceful, no luck. I let a few weeks go by, and still no easy way of taking out the filter. I finally got a butter knife two days ago and got forceful with the filters and yanked them out. Now, that I’ve come across this video accidentally, because I had been searching up for an LG video on how to clean my oven, thank you for showing us that there is a right way on how to remove these frustrated filters. I’ve been without the filters for about 5 days now. I’ve cleaned inside the area in the meantime, so I think. Let’s see tomorrow when I take off them screws, what I missed. 😂 Now, to order replacements from ebay and won’t be dreading the thought now, on how I was going to install them back on such a tight fit, NOT. 🙌 Really appreciate you took the time to make this video. Too bad LG doesn’t have one out there. Have to admit, haven’t searched. It just never crossed my mind, that I had removed them incorrectly. 🙏🏻
