If I'm being honest, I really just wanna open comms so I don't have to ask my parents for money lol And also maybe to drop out if I start making good money from comms, but obv it's gonna take time to grow so that isn't happening soon So far this video has been the most helpful, thnx for the advice :)

This is very helpful, thank you! However, I'm still hesitant on telling my parents about me wanting to make money selling my art. They don't know I do digital art and post it online. I don't want them to watch my Instagram account but I think they will want to know what I'm doing online...

thank you! this helped me alot, i started my commisions at an awfully young age (9-10) on discord, hiding my real age. i used robux as a currency for my commisions. im 14 now, and im planning on using real money as a new main currency for my commisions (i will still accept robux since i play the game and i can resell it to some of my friends ! ) your art is amazing too, your so underrated!

There are BANKS who accept minor as STUDENT Account. But be with your parents to make it safer in case some Banks hold it when you do not like it.

I am underage and my friend is having issues with money because their family was sued and they are having to sell their pets because they cant afford to take care of them and i feel really bad about what they are having to deal with and i want to help anyway i can so if i can help them get more money thats awesome! Thanks! Im watching a couple videos about commissions and how and stuff. Im like very very VERY young but sometimes i seem too mature too be that young that i really just don’t share my age, personal info, and i only show my face sometimes if i want unless its like “hey, show me your face.” from a total stranger or just someone that i just got to meet. Anyway, i’ve always been interested in art and its been 6 years of art i have done. I’ve done lots of art and i started sharing it but it didn’t have like a lot of views but i liked just showing the art because how proud i was and still is proud. Now that the age i am, i feel like making some money for my parents, myself, and if my sister wants some she can. I am the youngest here and i could probably get people to buy some art. I just don’t know if my parents agree but i would really like them to have some money. My price is probably gonna be low but ill try to make it like the great choice of price so that i dont overprice or have underpriced pieces and i just dont know. Because i want to know if its over or underpriced. But great video, really taught me a lot and some information i needed just incase my parents agree. Update: Im finally finished with making the sheet and im allowed to take commissions!!

I'm planning on asking my parents about it once I get Twitter/other social medias and actually get better at art so people want to commission me// Technically the first commission I got was when I was 11, my brother paid be $5 (he just bought robux on my roblox account) for a drawing of one of his plushies (he also tried to commission me a drawing of mountains for $10 but I had to tell him I can't draw mountains well)

Tysm I'm 17 and have been wanting to do commissions for like 2 years but my mom just won't let me but I really need to so I can buy my own drawing tablet ( + the art program my sister uses since that's what I'm used to) since I use my sister's I only get like 20% of the time out of a month to be able to draw digital💀
