My journey took me from Copenhagen Airport to the main railway station, before I walked to Next House Hostel - a brilliant place to stay right in the centre of the city. I did this fantastic hike from Eigergletscher to Kleine Scheidegg and then down to Wengen. The walk offers great views of the Eiger mountain range, and there's lots of places to stop for some wonderful food and drink. Have you done the walk? What did you think of it? Christmas in Copenhagen is magical! It's one of the nicest cities in Europe, but when you throw in a fantastic Christmas Market at Tivoli Gardens - things do not get much better. I visited in December 2024, stayed at Next House Copenhagen and got to visit many parts of the city. More to come in another video. Innsbruck is one of my favourite cities and its small size makes it easy to get around and see some of the top attractions. One of the VERY BEST things you can do is visit the Bergisel Ski Jump Hill. Very sensible with a hat on. We have a lot of wind here in DK. A tiny country with 8500 km coastline and you can't be more than 52 km away from the sea, so we have wind. Nice in the summer, but in the winter we have to dress for it. The hat: Imagine you peel off all your skin of your head and stretch it out on the table. It would take up a very big area. So in cold windy weather, your head will lose a lot of heat from that huge area, and the blood will transport the cold blood around in your body. So a hat is very important. I hope all reading this, will bring a hat of some kind, when you go to Denmark. Sweden and Norway too. Good video.

You can book advance tickets through Viator - but I just paid at the ticket office. They were super helpful as well. On the day we visited the shop was closed, but knowing we were only there once, the man opened the shop just for us. Have you ever seen a ski jump? Or perhaps been to a ski jumping event?
