The app is overpriced for what they offered honestly. All the hypnosis audios are basically the same, with small variations. Hypnosis is powerful, but they want to sell something so simple in such a expensive package.

To anyone investing time trying to understand "narcissism," I want to offer that Dr. Wood's book "A Study of Malignant Narcissism: Personal and Professional Insights" Routledge (2022/2023) contains not only an amazing, brilliant treatment of the narcissism disability but also an exploration of the professional challenges of psychotherapy generally. I confess my qualification as a complete novice on psychology topics but nonetheless hope my observation leads others to gain the insights Dr. Wood has taken so much time to offer.

I think the key to gaslighting is, victim shaming/blaming, and is it teally true? Self deception is the master key. We must free ourselves from our own self deception in order to recognize that opinions are NOT facts. They are preferences. Both sides of the political spectrum ansolutely gaslight the public. Particularly the left.

Dr. Yapko is brilliant. I've trained with him and have always had great effective results for my client's.
