Best Pre Workout Homemade
Stop letting supplement companies rip you off.
1 packet 4c Energy Rush
10 grams L-Citrulline (or 15 grams L-Citrulline Malate)
1/2 100mg Caffeine capsule
1/2 - 1 Bronkaid Tablet (12.5-25mg Ephedrine)
Many higher end pre workouts put creatine in the mix. Creatine timing is totally irrelevant. Once peak saturation happens, ingesting 5 grams most days will keep you saturated. It's often added to pre workouts as a convenience, but I prefer to add it to my post workout protein shake.
