Do you lose a stitch with this method?
That is amazing, I have watched so many tutorials trying to fix my knitting and you were my last hope before I unpulled my sweater. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Thank you so much for helpful video🙂
Just wanted to say this video is great. Thank you so much for putting this together. I was about to rip my hair out along with the yarn. 😂
Thank you so much for this excellent video. I thought I was going to have to rip out the whole scarf and start from the beginning. Your step by step was very easy to follow.
Wow, this is the best! So helpful, thank you so much! This is so easy to follow. Will it work in the round as well?
Very easy thanks dear
THANK YOU!!! Just wanted to say that this "fix" also works for "2-color in the round Fishermans Rib". For those who want to just drop down in a column, don't try it, its very difficult and I have yet to find a tutorial that is doable. Wish I would have found this long ago!!
EXCELLENT tutorial/video! I appreciate that you went slowly, used closeups, and were so detailed in your explanations. You will be my first stop for knitting tutorials going forward. Before I found your video, I looked at a couple of others, but they were not nearly as helpful as yours. I was afraid I was going to have to rip out my entire project (again). Like one of the other commenters said, thank you so much for saving my project!
Thank you for making this video, it is very helpful.
Thanks for your tutorial. Very helpful .
Thank you
Thank you! That was helpful ❤
Worked both seperate times. I liked the video with a thumbs up and subscribed
You saved me. This video. I had to use it twice but oh yes it worked. Thank you so much
Thanks so much. This is amazing! I've spent ages trying to find an easy (well easyish) way to do this.
Ou thank you very time consuming I had 150 stitches knitting a sweater for my husband. But it worked. Thank you
I used a crochet ook to get the stitches back thru the stitch and back onto the needle
Best video yet! Quality is amazing with close up! I was going mad watching all the others. Thank you so much much ❤
You are so so lovely posting this…it well and truly straightened out my mistake when I thought all was lost and would have to undo days of knitting!
Thank you very much for sharing such amazing way , I tried it , was scared that after pulling out the yarn it might not work But it worked out perfectly Thanx again God Bless You my dear
Omg, you saved my project. I was about to unravel the whole thing. This is the only technique that made sense to me. Thank you!
I made a mistake on a two coloured fisherman’s rib in the round. I ripped out 3 rows and now do not know what to do! I could try your solution for fixing my error or what do you suggest? Great tutorial!
Thank you! My knitting is saved 🥰
This is the most concise video. Really helpful!! Didn't have much luck with other videos.
Perfect speed and demonstration. Thank you!
Thank you so much!!!
Thank you ,Thank you, Thankyou! Best post to fix yourself, and the best part is I did not have to undo my project and start over😀😀😀
So helpful ♥️
Thank you for saving my knitting project with your great tutorial!
Thank you saved my day
Thank you so much for posting this, it straightened out my mess easily although it's a little scary pulling out that last piece of yarn.
Should the gauge be made with bigger or smaller needles?
Hi! This is specifically for the Smoke & Slate Knit Kits, which come with a specific size needle and yarn.
Very helpful but I have so many stitches to pull, is there a way to thread through below the mistake and save the stitches before pulling out?
thank u so much! u just saved me ❤ ur video is very clear and easy, keep going!
This is such a helpful video! Does anyone know if the next row of stitching should be a knit row or a fishermans rib row?
I believe she said to start with the right side towards you, so it would still be the right side after you're done returning all your stitches to the needle. Now, which is the right side ? I'm not sure but you should see a familiar pattern to your stitches, ie maybe k1, k from underneath, k1, etc. Hope that helps. Just learning this stitch myself and made a huge mistake that I'm hoping this video will help me fix. Good luck ! UPDATE I had the wrong side to start with ,but ripped out the extra row to get to the proper side.
Very helpful. Thank you for sharing.
thank you so much for this video !!!! this was the best video of picking up dropped k1b Fisherman’s Rib !!!!!!! i have perfectly fixed it !!!
