A DIY approach to renovating a 1961 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. All work performed by the owner, who's only formal training consists of a basic welding class. Everything else was gained from years of hands-on and trial-and-error experience. Also, this is not a full (off-chassis) restoration but a partial restoration which would provide a great looking car that could be reliably driven anywhere, any time.
