Thats my next move. I have an old Thumbler's Tumbler AR2 rotary two drum tumbler and Thumbler's is still making parts for it (the tumbler was originally my wife's uncle's tumber until he got a nice vibratory tumbler. I need to order new drums for it anyway so I may invest in a third drum. My original load was a primer flattening SOB! Primers were just anvilled out. Varget is a good match but it was causing some major high pressure issues. Oh yeh, $.02 is still more than none! Thanks!
I would strongly advise you to moly coat your bullets. Run them in the tumbler with some moly powder (probably a seperate tumbling drum as the powder will coat everything). It will lower the friction of the bullet while travelling down the bore and hopefully extend the life of the barrel. Moly bullets in combination with CFE 223 should make it a nice long lasting barrel. My $.02
