@@TheinflatablegammerNieves575 yes. And I didn’t do a full spray paint job on it. Since it might get weathered down in the next few years, I think it will go back to yellow. Once I can use this set inside I will get the trees back to full glossy white and looking brand new.

@@bigdog0u81I like these better than the new ones Gemmy has produced. Light show effect are very clean and smooth and not too harsh on the lighting side.

@@TheinflatablegammerNieves575 the speaker will go on the inside of the tree. It doesn’t have a pole to mount the pole externally.

Yes. It will go into the flower beads. I will have my homemade trio in the lawn like last year. May have to change where the tree duo goes though.

I could have, however the batteries are really expensive. Also I have to go through the signs and see which signs have good chargers or bad chargers. Some of them simply don’t charge anymore. For now I have a LHQM LED and a LQM to fix this issue for now until I can get these signs back up and running. I do like this old setup though.

@@Bush_Fam sorry but this is the only set I have that works. I do have 2 set but the other one can’t be fixed as it has a control box issue. Tried to swap bulbs but get the same effect. It’s really weird these icicle have the flaw they have. They over heat. I have my set that works on an external timer and they turn on and off with the timer. The hub tells it what to do afterwards. Also they are indoors to stay away from outdoor weather that could burn them easy. I have some swelling on my fingers because I ended up grabbing the main icicle board while it was plugged in. I read the temperature and it was 123 degrees. Honestly, I’m surprised that Gemmy even allowed that set to hit the market. Also I have a question, this weekend I will be visiting my Lowe’s that should have some Christmas items setup and might have the price tags ready to. Did you want to make a video of you, Rainbow Yoshi, and I talking about the prices and our options on the prices? I might also be able to get a few items by next weekend too so we can include that in the video to see if the price is fair or over priced.

I would say they do preform light outpost good. As far as durability, it’s a little cheap and may not last as long as some older units.

@@Proteus_Anguinus as far as the exit signs, Lowes and Home Depot will have them. If you are looking for fire alarms, they are normally not sold to the public so you can go on eBay and find good devices there.

That’s not connected to these 4ft ones. This is the 4ft model like you have except 2 trees are working off of one board

I have recently moved the EVHC, took out the EU2LED, changed the emergency light in the kitchen to the ELM2L, and changed the exit signs in the garage.

They did not go as well as planned. First I killed the chargers in both signs because they are meant to charge nickel cadmium batteries, not lead acid batteries. And the battery had bulging so bad it almost snapped the plastic on both signs. I have recently replaced both signs in a previous video so now all the garage units are working.

Those are one of my favorite emergency lights. I do like the ELM2 units. The ELM2 LED SD has been removed from service due to the self diagnostic board going out. I do not like the self diagnostics version. The ELM2L is not much better however it’s one of the easier batteries to replace than some of the other units I was looking at like the ElMLT.

It’s like that normally with the one link box connected. This modification doesn’t hurt the delay it has. You can connect as many as you need. I do not know how far you you can go between the first box and the last box. The longest I have gone is 135ft away. This will be the first year with the multiple link box modification. I am running that to the back yard as well as an extra speaker.

It’s a Lithonia self diagnostic emergency light. Honestly if it’s true and those are the same self diagnostic circuits. I think the Lithonia self diagnostic units are terrible. I have had my hands on 2 of these and they were just garbage. There regular units do a lot better and just work.

Yes. The power is still out and will not be restored for a while. New information: we had a transformer blow that controls the neighborhood so the entire neighborhood is out. All the units are working very strong.

@@Exitsignandemergencylightfan thank you. I got that sign installed yesterday, took a Lithonia R1 LED out of service, and relocated a Dual light EVHC unit.

It’s very easy as I am extending the data on the link port connection. The link boxes don’t care where the data comes from as long it’s a Gemmy box that’s supplying it.

Thank you. This modification does allow me to disconnect the 3rd controller in times I don’t use it like my halloween display.

I can. I might have enough bulbs for one but don’t know about the emergency bulbs.

I have had success with unplugging the unit for a couple hours and disconnecting the battery to let the unit discharge any bad feedback that the board is picking up. I have had it once happen to me. Don’t know what it means. I can find the manual to the unit if it does not fix it.

It’s a really awesome panel. I works great and the programming is very simple as long as you read the directions. I also like that you can customize the NAC’s to do more than just fire.

I was glad I found one for a cheap price. I plan to install more if I can find more.

No because I don’t want to cause damage to the lights due to the Florida heat. Also the lights will yellow fast. I put them up for the various holidays as I need. I also don’t want them stolen since these are very expensive lights.

It’s a really hard item to find, if it’s working. This string is known for breaking on its own due to design flaw. They did fix it with the tube set though

So it sounds like the c9s might be a little bit better?

And is this a new affect for these icicle lights due to a new update? I've never seen them act like this before.

@@JDL0111 there are 3 videos on TH-cam of these icicles. These are original 2018 dancing icicles and are not supported anymore due to there durability. This is how they originally played along with the music. They might bring these back but I highly doubt it. I would stick with the regular 24 count icicle strings and C9 strings very common as they are still sold at Lowe’s.

Yes. The other set is fixable but will have less bulbs.
