This is a video tutorial for the ZickZack Scarf by Christy Kamm. Please download her pattern on Ravelry here: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/zickzack-scarf. Yarn is Classic Elite Yarns colors 1043 and 1032. Purchased at The Knit Shoppe in Mamaroneck, NY: www.knit-shoppe.com/ (originally $10.95 per skein, but 50% off) Find me on Instagram and Facebook @drknitandpurl, or drknitandpurl@gmail.com
I love this pattern. I've done three different projects using this stitch. It's a lot easier than doing knit one side and then purl the other because making it reversible your way. Thank you again
Lovely...good tutorial, thank you 😊
Thank you for sharing.
You just popped up on my feed, I am so pleased you did. I have subscribed and now am looking forward to your next tutorial xxx
Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en güzel anlatım teşekkür ederim
Umm I see you k2tog through back loops. That's different from normal k2tog right? Please clarify. Thanks
Wow you're the only one considerate enough to play music while we cast on . I love your project & think it would be great for my son & my grandsons! I have Patons Kroy sock yarn in several colors for socks. Now they'll go for scarf. Thank you so very much for sharing. 🌹🌺💐💖🎀
Her first name is Annett
Zig zag.... No lo siento
Can you knit this pattern with variegated yarn ?
Great video 🙌🧶
Thank you for an informative video.
❤❤❤❤❤❤ love stich love learning new stuff
Watching you knit is a pleasure. Your hand is elegant.
Thanks for video
What size crochet hook did you use and did you use. Your yarn is thicker then this kroy socks yarn I bought.
Thanks this is really easy to follow 🙂
Hi. Pattern is in a different language. I need English. Help? Lovely
Thank you for sharing your tutorial, it's a great pattern.
Qui sera ber un punto calado para un chaleco
How many skeins did you use for this Linus shawl?
Very beautiful. You are very sweet to give it to your fiancee's nana. Your musical interlude made me laugh.
at 6:31 you K2tog but i noticed you knit into the back of the stitch. Maybe i missed sthg. Does this have a particular effect?
New friend here.
Brilliant! Thank you for sharing. Love the shape!!
Who the fuck says "ZickZack"???
Thank you for sharing this with us.. How many meters of yarn it takes?
shizuki -kun, I made a Linus Shawl just recently and I used 2 balls of sock yarn of 100 gram each, and a size US 7 circular needle. I know this is an older post just an FYI and it may help someone else. Keep in stitches!
@@pjd2709 Thank you so much for your reply.. 🥰

`I appreciated the contrast and compare approach to this video.
That you for a great video. I have never done the long tail before but I am going to try it.
I'm doing mine a little different but I will do it this way when I do another one
Great instructions!
LIFESAVER! Picked up a neglected mitered square project. I could not tell what I had done. This tutorial was a wonderful refresher course. THANKS!
Thank you for the instructions. You have a lovely laughter.
Great Job
great video! your instructions were so easy to follow thank you so much for this tutorial. i have some fancy yarn i got for my birthday and ive been looking for just the rite pattern and i think this is the one!
I have "ladders" between the chevrons ,is that normal?
Can you still do this without a stitch marker Or is it required?
Meant to say a lovely project that I may be able to do as a beginner knitter.! 🇿🇦😷🙏
Lovely project that’s
Hi lovely video thank you 😊 can you do a follow up video to show the way to bind off please ☺️
Thank you for the video. I'm wondering why you did k2tog tbl instead of k2tog? Does it look better?
I was wondering the same thing.
I am going to knit a small swatch to see what happens as a K2tog tb would twist the stitch.
I tried both ways and the k2tog looks nicer.
Very nice. Why you dont make other stuff.
Why are the ktog’s through the back loop? Cool easy pattern to remember. I gather if you casted on more sets in the beginning the shall would be wider and more shawl like than scarf like?
Hi enjoyed your video. I’m new to knitting but have been crocheting for a few years. The pattern on Ravelry mentions using an “M1” not a “KFB”. Does it matter? Also, you mentioned using sock weight yarn. What size cable did you use with your circular needles for the sock yarn or with dk weight? Thanks!
subscribed and got the pattern ...thanks for the tips ...t.
I love the part about I forgot to give you time to cast on stitches! 😂
Great tutorial. Thank you. I will try this. I love the train in the background too. Relaxing to me.
