Pork is one of, if not the worst common animal proteins in terms of health and refined carbs also are not the best source of carbs. Healthier than a burger and fries? sure. Healthy in comparison to a lot of other food. No

Bacon, if consumed in excess isn’t the healthiest food out there. Pasta is made from grain and again if it isnt overconsumed it’s a okay. Have a nice day James

Much appreciated, this will actually work. In order to build muscle you want : Volume, Frequency and Intensity. Makes sense to get arm work done more often, and when you aren’t fatigued to get the most out of them

Haha no, increased protein, fruit and veg lead to an increase in satiety, more sleep leads ro decreased hunger, and better decision making. More water leads to more fullness between meals and a host of other benefits. Big difference between 2,000 calories of nutrient dense, high protein and high fibre foods and 2,000 calories of foods that aren’t, as far as fullness, satiety and hunger levels are concerned ✌🏼 couldn’t fit that explanation in a video and if I did nobody would watch it

If you actually want to have a life and do anything well other than the gym, training to failure is the stupidest way to train, you will be exhausted all the time, trust me.
Training to failure has its time and place, it's just this idea that it has to always be to failure when it doesn't that so many have gotten wrong, it's extremely taxing on the central nervous system and unless you recover well it's not the most practical every single session !
