I create artwork also and have known that Inktober since last 2 or 3 years but it means we have to done art or sketch with only ink or marker for the entire challenge? Cuz i really don't know and don't try to aware i don't use ink or marker usually so i didn't join last years

Hi Stargirl! Great video. I do a couple of things, too. One is positioning my head under the shower in a way that water covers both my ears simultaneously. Water won't enter my ear canals, but rather, it creates a seal over them. This way all I hear is rushing water and the feeling of being submerged. Sort of being under a waterfall. This provides extreme peace and soothes my mind and body. Often it causes body-wide "goosebumps". When I'm done this leaves me feeling like a mental reset and peaceful. Another is running with my dog (I use a harness-style leash. I do NOT recommend doing this with any other type of leash). Both our physical hygiene needs feed off of each other. Running as fast as we can together releases so much pent-up energy (good or bad) and provides a strong sense of freedom. He learns restraint and cooperation, and I push myself to run faster (know your limits; this can be dangerous if done without listening to your body and its actual capacity). Anyway, those are just two things I find immensely helpful. Also, smiling is pure magic. I practice this daily and allow the positive energy to carry me through the day. My interactions with others are mostly very pleasant, and I can see others depart the conversation with positive energy that I'm sure they will pass on to the next being they encounter. Be well!

That’s true 2:49 but YOU may give to other people, others might simply not receive. I read it somewhere that when you are smart, successful, rich and ALSO kind jealous people can’t handle it cus you are at the top and also nice? There has to be a flow somewhere. So for me I try to work hard, be silent about it to not cause uninvited bs and hangout with only people like myself. We can’t satisfy everyone. Ps: I’m not saying I’m all of the above but for desparte people even seeing one good potential is enough to go crazy.
