We have this 24/7 banging in the apartment it's so loud and irritating. It can make a normal person go crazy if they live here. Neighbor said it isn't them is it a poltergeist?

Just to share some feedback, if you hope to capture a larger audience, do pay attention to your speech. I'm afraid your speech is, by turns, soft and loud. I do appreciate that you're cognisant of sounding casual, personal and personable, and engaging. Do be mindful that it should not be at the expense of sounding clear. I have moderate impaired hearing and listening in with my earphone as I always do, I still find it difficult to make out most of your sentences. Hope you find this feedback useful.
