Bro, they sell me a PC with a Ryzen 5 4500 1TB SSD and another PC with a Ryzen 5 5500 but 480GB SSD, both PCs have the RX 6600, which PC do you recommend I buy?
It would really depend on how much storage you need. All of our RX 6600 builds have 1TB storage as that is what we would recommend for gaming, since many games take up a lot of storage space now. The thermal paste is non conductive so not rip but aplying so much of it won't give any cooling advantage so half rip for the motherboard but rip for your wallet.

Any ideas for laptops?
Laptops can be much more difficult, often requiring specialized steps to repair the BIOS if it's locked. If you search TH-cam for the Model of laptop you may find someone who has made a guide on it already :)
