I understand its much better then stock videos and photos... i just didn't think bussines owners have the time to do this and if they did wouldn't they just upload the content themselves onto the social media platforms?

Google business has been very difficult for me. I have been trying to set up my Google business account for a long time and I am having nothing but trouble with it. The verification process is super annoying. Every time I upload a video for the verification it’s a problem and yesterday I submitted a video for verification and I get an email that my account is suspended.

I advertise my cleaning business on the Nextdoor app. We had been working very hard to get our recommendations. We had 18 excellent recommendations on there. However, suddenly, 10 or 11 of them just disappeared. Since May, I have been trying to get them back on there. I've paid for the advertisement several times and have received emails saying they are working on it. But it has hurt my business. I wish I could figure out what happened. 😩

I can’t tell you how many small business owners think that advertising on Nextdoor app and similar others is all they need to do. Missing a LOT of market share by not being found in Google. Essential these days for businesses to establish themselves as credible and trustworthy. Thank you imparting your wisdom in this video

Sorry but I didn't find this video helpful whatsoever! Mainly because of the program you're running and the computer you are using. I'm not using a desktop, as I'm sure not many people do anymore and I'm using my iPhone so of course everything is laid out completely different.

How to do you see any posts regarding your business? I know people have posted about me but I cannot see the posts unless I go into their "neighborhood" to view recent posts. I don't get notifications etc. Is there a way to search everywhere? I am a mobile detailer that services the entire city, not just my neighborhood. Thank you!

Don't spam people as a "neighbor". Especially when they already got 20+ comments on their post. Just post your work on your business profile. Let your work speak for itself. And pleasing your customers, they'll toot the horn for you. Maybe with a little encouragement after you get a check for finishing the job; "hey, you mind taking couple minutes to leave me a Google review. Do you use Next Door? Would you recommend me."

Nextdoor is a JOKE! But they still give me the vast majority of my business... the website is absolutely antiquated and something from the 60s, they don't have a phone number so you can't talk to anybody in real time which is pretty absurd when you're an advertiser and paying money, and then after waiting their email responses never address anything and they are just generic. It can work, but you're on your own if you have issues like I have had...

Interesting. I don’t get all those options when I post on Nextdoor. It just posts like regular with no “area” options

I don't think you can make a custom website with nocode or lowcode. You can use a pre-made system like wix or shopify but its their layout, styles and more importantly, web components. Those pre-builts might be fine for small businesses but for large corporate entities a 'website' is a whole backend, user/data security, constant bug fixing etc. Each large corporate requires a team of hundreds per day keeping the whole thing running because its all a house of cards

Did you ever find where the leads end up? I ran a campaign and got 3 new leads but have not been able to find where their info went.
