Charge for the job, not the hour. If you make 120 in an hour, then good on you. Yes, it is OK. Why wouldn't it be. Any company you work for is making more than 120 an hour or they wouldn't be able to pay the staff.

I do HVAC sales. We never charge by the hour. It’s also better for the customer. I sell a 30k job, sometimes that’s a 1 day job. Sometimes it’s a 5 day job. We do it however long it takes to do it right.
