Knowing where the lever was helped. Thank you I did it without removing any screws. Used the flashlight on my phone to look for the lever. I put a pen through the bottom to push the lever down. Heard a click, then was able to slide the base off.

@sylhetyalitech1750 I held it in very long and it still won't work. Would you know if there's any other way you can enter the setup menu through the computer?
Thanks to you, I did it, and without breaking it. I tried to pull it out with full force for days LOL. Can you believe it...the manual says to pull it out :O I used a spoon from behind, a thin small one to separate the cover from the back panel. Without you, I'd be lost. Thanks SO much!
