Wow! Wow! Wow!! Chidinma what an amazing and very insightful episode with Dr Lanre Phillips. Thank you so much for bringing this topic here. I really gathered a whole lot and, it's my pleasure to put a summary of what I gathered about 'SELF PROMOTION ' "Perception is reality" "My upstage personality is how I want people to see me" "How people see you determines how they treat you" "Reputation management is a strong key" "Self discovery...very important " Another very important part was where he talked about a question he loves asking during interview, "Tell me one time you failed" He said that during interview a lot of people struggle with it, and that once he sees you struggling with it, he will just take it that the person "is not truthful " which is correct, because nobody can say that he/she hasn't failed before. His analysis on 'Law of gravity ' got me. He said ,"If you jump up, you will come down, but if you climb up, you will stay there.." Finally, "your personal brand extends to your business brand, so, people buy your personal brand before your business brand" I'll stay authentic mbok ❤
