Deals around the holidays are great for those starting out, or need to add to their collection of tools. I would absolutely love it if there were more and better deals on the life blood of our power tools, the batteries. All too often the batteries cost as much as the tool . We need some deep discounts on two packs of batteries of 5ah size or so, not just the tiny 2ah ones.

Thank you for being so thoughtful and taking viewers on a sweet walk down Main Street. My grandmother lived on Dune Road and then on Library Avenu ein town after that. She ran a shop called The Clothes Horse for many years. When I was a young teen ager I wouls spend my summers working as her assistant. I got paid $1.25 an hour! Walking down Main Street past the big bank and across the circle was a supermarket.I think it was an A&P in the '60's and then Waldbaum's or something else in the 25 years after that Grandma lived in area. It was really fun 'walking ' down a real memory lane.

Thank you for posting this. My mom went into a nursing home this year and I don’t have any other family other than my 20 year old autistic son and I don’t drive, so no Christmas for us this year. Watching this made me feel a tiny bit of warmth in my heart.

Patchogue is now becoming full of drugs and alcohol. It’s not that great for families.

I went there today and I loved the town. Definitely would want to come back one day.
