Most of these don't work on Heisman. You don't have time to have 4 reads. A lot of the routes are closely covered and getting jumped by Heisman DBs.

This has always been a great play. I remember hitting this in Madden 12

One thing with this play is you cannot hesitate. You need to recognize the coverage instantly and make your throw immediately after. Otherwise the defenders will catch up and pick you off.
