I would place Black Knight on a higher tier. Aside from that, I’m really confused that Bowser is on the same tier as Viridi.

I would lift Bowser, Fawful, Meta Knight, and maybe Jr. to the highest tier. Also where was Wolf?

Bowser, Dimentio, King Boo, King K. Rool, Ridley, Magolor, and Ganondorf are my favorite Nintendo villains so far. Those seven are incredible.
