The camera was dark, not enough the light. I think you should improve it next time.
You’re dead right, but we live in a low light situation and this thing performed like a champ. This said, you’re still right - and there will be a lot more videos out there showing it in normal light situations. Thanks for the feedback!

The Hospitality field is proof that RTI can do both commercial and residential -- at the same time. Hotels are in the business of providing their customers of a home away from home. They have suites, conference rooms, lobbies, party rooms, and some have a business center to stay productive while you're away from home.
Nicely done I'm right in the middle of this topic in my world. Also I have been asking about live training all year now.

Your remotes suck
It is really easy to make a negative comment but it has no benefit nor credibility without useful, actionable information. Why do they suck? What about them is lacking? What features or qualities cause you frustration? Also, it would be very helpful to know what should be done to improve the products to meet your needs. What other brands you have used that have the features you like? I think RTI products are far superior to what I was using before because they appear to be better built with better training and better tech support. RTI does not push you to buy a new product that suddenly is no longer available next year, as the other company did. RTI is Professional not DIY or Consumer grade. Please enlighten us and expand upon your criticism to help improve the product. Thank you in advance for your help to make RTI even better.
