    Lol I think it's time Indians should look at themselves, in India people are discriminated against on the basis of dietary preferences, as if eating beef and non veg is a crime, people are getting killed on this, and we indians have the audacity to call others racists, we Indians are more racists

      Honestly, you are apply to Y Combinator whenever. However, its important to realize that YC is also a VC - your chances of getting in become a lot higher if there are more proof points for the business such as an MVP, paying customers etc. All that said, I do know people who have gotten in with just an idea because they were able to convince the YC partners about the large market they are going after and the camaraderie within the founding team.
