Proptiply wants to provide an information channel on property investment in Singapore. We aim to deliver the Pros and Cons of property investment and hope to educate people what are the things to look out for in the investments.
The sharing videos are based on our experience, and we hope everyone does it own due diligence checks before investing in property. A wrong move can be excruciating as it might take a decade to recoup the losses.
In our journey, we have a few important principles which we always used as our checklist. The unit which we purchased need to have the following:
1) Below Market Value
2) Positive Cash Flow
3) Generating Infinite Returns

Not easy to rent 5k and expect 7k. End up with less than 5k after all the expenses
Is subletting legal in Singapore? 😮
so now all the risks are offset to the people who invest in the co-living space to find the tenants. the management company just takes commission lying flat?
hi Ernee, does this method mean that I have to take up the "dirty" work of making sure the living conditions of the co-living spaces must be upheld by me, or to handle/manage co-living tenants' complaints?

most rental contracts dont allow this sort of thing so....
