A Green Fig!
มุมมอง 43หลายเดือนก่อน
Fresh Figs 🙌🏽 It’s Green, comes from Roman times, tastes like honey and makes for one of the best dried figs around. Have you tasted one before? If you’re in Zone 7-10, plant a Kadota Fig tree! In warmer regions like ours (Zone 10A), Late Fall-Early Spring is the perfect time to plant one. Thanks for watching! 👩🏻🌾 . . . . #FigTree #KadotaFig #FigSeason #GrowYourOwn #FoodForestGarden #GrowCreat...

Aren’t you supposed to dry the leaves first? Or does it work either way
Pero triste qe se lo comio 😮
It was hard to watch and film. Though now, I am learning to honor life and death within the garden. Both the spider and beetle found a home in this garden, for this I am grateful. 🌎
Muy bonito ❤
Para aser unas papas con huevo ❤
Fun! 🤪
Wow, such a beautiful spider web and I love Orb Weavers, they are just so fascinating!!❤😊
Thank you 🕸️ I agree! I was mesmerized by the web. The spider starts weaving in the late evening and by early morning, it’s gone, only to do it again each night. Simply amazing … 🥰
Very cool!
Hey, thanks! ✨🌱✨
Wow! Those grapes look awesome.
They pop and crunch, and are so tasty! Thank you. It's been a game of who gets to them first...us or 5 different species of birds, the squirrel(s) or night critters...lol.
Beautiful garden. I thought they were 🧡🎃
Thank you so much 🌱 We have not grown pumpkins yet, melons once with low success, haha. The four zucchini plants are HUGE and have gifted us with about 1-2 zucchinis from each plant / day. Just made zucchini bread ... yum!
So now we turn air into wood huh?
Strength reminds me of a dragonfly
Yeah, I see it too. How cool 🥰
Beautiful pieces.
That is so great to know, I appreciate your feedback. 🙌🏼
hello guys. it was nice meeting both of you today. Thanks for the compost tips.
👋 Great to see you here! Such a fun compost hang out it was, cheers to our soil adventures. 🌱
What time of year do you harvest? Do you wait before or after they begin to flower?
🌱 For intense aroma and high potency, harvest just right before flowering. You can harvest any time of the year, and if already flowering … leave the spent blooms on the plant and cut back the sage in the fall.
Are you asking because she seems rather round.
Yes I was wondering… 🤓 Maybe it’s the camera angle?
wish I could have heard the commentary, but music is so loud I could only make out the odd word
Apologies for the loud background music. This was before we learned about the benefits of a wireless mic! 😅 Consider turning on CC, and I will research if there is a way to raise the vocals on existing video. 💡
I can never get my peas to grow!
How far along do you get with them?
I can't stand those leaf blowrrs. Just sweep it up and put it in the compost.
Yesssss! The workout is phenomenal too! 🤗
How o you keep the critters from getting your avocados?
Which critters are giving you troubles? We typically have to fight off squirrels interested in the papayas (our dog helps)!
Do u take off the male flowers?
Thanks…Just looked into this and learned something new. We didn’t take off the male flowers and the cucumbers tasted sweet and crunchy…not bitter. These were also grown outside, not in a greenhouse. 🤔
@@GrowCreateFilms right now I have only male flowers 😞
There could be many variables from the unfavorable weather/season, not enough water/nutrients in soil, type of cucumber plant, or even just that the female flowers haven’t developed yet. Our cucumber season is over as they thrive during the summer. Wishing you well! ✨

Woah I didn’t know that thanks for the fact also that is a beautiful hen
Thank you. She loves roaming around in the garden, exploring, hunting, playing, dust bathing! She is a Plymouth Barred Rock … a highly adaptable and friendly breed!
@@GrowCreateFilms I believe my friend has one they are beautiful chickens
@@salimaeisenberg3108 Yes! Your friend knows what’s up! 🥰
❤
I love when I grow my own beans. Yummy!
Cutie pie!
Beautiful
Those are looking nice and healthy! Mine, on the other hand, could be better.😅 My squash was doing pretty good with blossoming some male flowers, but then a couple accidents occurred causing it to LOOSE some leaves and small flowers and now I'm scared might be too stressed to go and produce fruit😬
Oh no! Well, let’s see…squash plants love warm weather and Nitrogen in the soil. Depends on what zone you’re growing in, we’re in Zone 9 (Southern California).
@Grow Create Films yeah well I live in Texas which is usually warm. I've fertilized it TWICE already too (first when I sowed the seeds, and when I saw the first flower bloom) I am growing it INDOORS with artificial lights tho which maybe could have an effect🤔 I might just have to wait and see later as it's only been two MONTHS since they've grown...they might just come in later😅
Ac infinity? I got some 3 gallon bags
You know! 👏🏼😎 Yes, these feel sturdy and are holding their shape well.
I garden every year ... never ever saw so much in weeding but it's totally true. I been getting better about weeding
Keep it up! 💪🏼👏🏼☀️ Esp when they weeds are just surfacing, and the soil is moist … perfect time to get ahead! 😉
I would love to be able to do something like this with any of the flowers from my garden! ❤
I’ll work on making a How To Video 🤗 It is SO much fun to get flowers from your own garden, and then create all kinds of fun, home decor! Order some Mod Podge (gloss or matte is up to you), and one or two small brushes. The rest of the materials you likely have at home: scissors, paper, sturdy book to flower press, etc. 🎨
Sounds so yummy, I want a petal now
Aww! 🥰🌸 Sending you a virtual petal 😉 It’s a soft, puffy, delicate, mildly floral, yummy delight! 🧚🏼♂️
wow xylem and phloem - took me back to bio class! Thanks for sharing natures ingenious designs via a radish!
Right! 🔬🌱📓 We waited for a few radishes to flower and go to seed. When it came time to remove the plant, I chopped the base and saw this hollow core, totally surprised! A flashback bio review 😉
Farro (Affiliate Link: amzn.to/3Ne5zdB) - We purchased the smaller size for this video, and liked it so much that we've now ordered the 25 pounds bag! Cheers to healthy eating! 💛
we have one frequenting the lemon tree and enjoying those blossoms ✨
They are so relaxing to watch! 🍋💛🌎

Bloody fantastic!! If I was you I would employ S M Z E U S.
Where did you get those plants? Were they started from seed if so what brand would you recommend?
Hi we got our White Sage from the local, native botanical nursery as a small plant. 🌿
@@GrowCreateFilms oh that's good, those are really pretty. Wish our nursery in our town had those.
lovely sear indeed! 👍🏽
Silly boy😂
HOW LOL H
HoW
Thanks for asking, I forgot to add the recipe! It’s now in the video description 💛🍊🍨
Sorbet?
Yes! Sorbet 😋
the key is ‘foraging’ not gluttony 😂 nothing in excess surely. They both seem to be in their element ✌🏽
Mmmm yumi- yumi
Cool. Shoulda played rap music tbh
😂
Cool. And thanks for not playing rap music.
😂
I hope this dog is OK. Eating too many loads can make him very sick.
Yes! She only ate a small amount, after we researched it. Thank you 🙏🏽
