There’s actually an easier way… you can just pull the heel upwards and it will pop off but you need to use a little bit of force, it worked for me at least

Yes you can remove the heel. Do NOT do what this lady is suggesting. You gentle squeeze the heel, it pops the top and you use the spray. 😢 it’s beautiful btw

You got to damage the parts just to make a decant? Pliers have got to leave scratches on the chrome.
