Epic Experience: Life Beyond Cancer
Epic Experience was founded offering free week-long adventure camps to adults diagnosed with cancer. With the onset of Covid we created many new programs. Over the past year we started a program called The Beyond Cancer Series which was hosted on Facebook and TH-cam. That program has been updated to a Podcast where you can find Campfires of Hope on your favorite Podcast Supplier.
We have also started a program on TH-cam where you can access short videos on suggestions, information and support from Cancer Thrivers and Medical Professionals. That program is called How To Cancer Series. We hope you will subscribe to the series.
Our goal is to support those touched by cancer so they know they are not alone and to offer Hope!

Closer Than Ever: Our Cancer Journey
When Scott Riebel was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2021, he and his wife Vickie had no idea how much closer the cancer journey would bring them. As Scott states, “You get a full grasp for how much you love and are loved by someone when you experience something like cancer.” In this episode, Scott and Vickie share the experiences they endured both together and individually as they navigated their way through Scott’s cancer battle. Vickie's advice to caregivers: “You have to take care of yourself too. Give yourself some grace. I’m important in this too and I need to be healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally.”
