Oh, you can skip the credits. Whoops... Well, the S rank really didn't take that long to get. Would have liked to have done better with the credits' fights, but oh well.

I finally got the S rank... eventually...

Unfortunately, not too far with V... Flying enemies are tricky for me with him, and playing as him hurts my hand after awhile. I did alright with Dante.

It's pretty easy to get far with V. Wish I was better with Nero...

This fight isn't really hard. Just need to be more stylish. Not sure why I gave up so quickly. I guess I just got tired of going through the credits and needed a break.

He's really hard...

Fairly easy S rank to get.

The motorcycle really helped here, as did the guns.

I think the ending to this game is really solid. Great emotions, and challenging final boss (if you don't use gold orbs). A bit subversive as well, seeing how Nero was the trump card needed in the end, just not quite in the way expected. It probably is the best story in the series, and arguably the best game as well.

Allies turned enemies is a cool trope too.

This game sure loves to reference the third one. I will say that the weapon gained this time is a lot more fun to use than its DMC3 counterpart.

I liked how this game handled the boss rush. V doesn't gain any new powers, so it's cool to lose what he does have and gain it back. Feels fitting too.
