I Shaved My Head! | Cancer With Cancer ♋️ 🎀
When I learned about my chemotherapy treatments on my breast cancer journey, I have to admit that I was saddened to hear that I was going to lose all of my hair. I felt like it was having another attack on my feminine features. But I decided, since it was inevitable, I would embrace the change and lose it on my own terms. 💪🏾

How r u doing?
First treatment will be August 7th, 2024. Litter nervous. Dr told me that I will lose my hair. I don't want to wear a wig. What can I substitute? Thank you 😊.
Ask about a Cool Cap. Several companies have them. Prayers for your recovery!
Is this in addition to a clip inserted at time of biopsy? 🌺
@deborahlanyi5535 yes, this was separate from that.
For me yes. I had the clip inserted during my biopsy now I have to have this done before surgery.
Appreciate sharing all your information. Going for lumpectomy in a week. Not quite sure what may be. Dr makes it sound so simple. I don't know!?!? Your honesty and expressing to find the positives. 👍 I am going to take your advice. Hope you are pleased with the "positives" in your continued journey. 🌺
I love you for your honesty ❤
I learned so much from you thing's I didn't think about. Thank you ❤
Hi,I had a lumpectomy in Feb and 5 months later I have to have 2nd lumpectomy because they found another papiloma. The whole thing is very stressful.

Thank you, Ive learn alot from you. I had a Lumpectomy a week ago and am waiting on my results. Whether I will need chemo or radiotherapy. I'm hoping it may be good news and it hasn't spread to my Lymph nodes. ❤ My thoughts and prayers to all the beautiful women and men going through this difficult time.
@@vickikaravas8774 Be strong! You will beat this! 💪🏾
You are amazing! Thanks for sharing! Be blessed❤
Prayers ❤
Thank you for sharing and prayers of healing and cancer free reports your way. I had a lumptectamy on 5/23 with clear margins and clear lympnodes. I'm waiting for the Oncotype results to see if I will move forward with 2 weeks of radiation and possibly no Chemo. I'm 62 and a 9ml nodule was removed from my right breast. I'm still sore at the incisions, by my side under my armpit and the rear of my shoulder blade. I do not have drains but some swelling. I'm taking Neproxen, Tylenol or Advil as needed. Mostly at night. I have a couple of tramodols (steroid) left but won't take those unless really needed. Be blessed ❤
Thank you for all this helpful information I have listed al of your recommendation Wishing you all the very best Nancy
Thank you for your suggestions, starting chemo June 20th😊
This has been a journey for me. Lord i have done all that you suggested.
Do you continue to have pain 10 months after lumpectomy and breast reduction
I can say that there are some uncomfortable things. Like wearing a wire bra is uncomfortable. And mammograms seems more uncomfortable than before. But nothing alarming. If you are feeling pain that long after, I would encourage you to speak to your doctor.
I had a lumptectamy 5/23. Thanks for sharing this is very informative!❤
May I ask you a question…when they had to go back for second surgery did they may any corrections to the reduced and lifted breast? Yours was the only video that discussed having to go back after the 2nd pathology report so I really appreciate that you shared that. I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for asking! No, they didn't adjust the other breast. However my plastic surgeon did his best to keep them as even sized as he could. He did a wonderful job.
@@cancerwithcancer3847 Thank you for responding. It means a lot and was very helpful. 💛
Hi Toni, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed. Amen. I would also like to share the following six videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God th-cam.com/video/uc_W9VtzJ0A/w-d-xo.html DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes th-cam.com/video/sWecPwrQv2c/w-d-xo.html Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) th-cam.com/video/iBEoI2u6kII/w-d-xo.html Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel th-cam.com/video/dES5WW66Mro/w-d-xo.html A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven th-cam.com/video/IXEeMWCxyrQ/w-d-xo.html The Plan of Salvation th-cam.com/video/PmkhRMPvt_0/w-d-xo.html How to Get Saved th-cam.com/video/ajWdkuvrT6s/w-d-xo.html The Truth About Hell (Selected Scriptures) th-cam.com/video/AVzbh_dLq3s/w-d-xo.html Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. Your amazing! Thank you for sharing all this valuable info with us 💕
Girl. I felt everything. The savi scout is no joke. Had no idea how complicated that was going to be.
*hugs* It's ROUGH!
Oh wow, and here I was convincing myself this part was going to be easy😢
Thank you!
Love my Hope Kit, Loved my cup use it all the time and the lotions are great during chemo.
Thank you for sharing. This is very helpful info. I will have surgery in May
Did you request the breast reduction or was it required?
My plastic surgeon asked if I wanted it. It was not required for me but I wanted them to be as even as possible so I was all for it.
I just found out I had breast cancer 4 hours ago. I'm so terrified and I think they said it was called mammary carcinoma. Is that the same as ductal carcinoma?
Your doctor can best let you know. My understanding is ductal carcinoma is a type of mammary carcinoma. This is just my opinion and not medical advice. I understand how scary this time can be but be sure to keep up with your doctors and treatment plans and lean on your support system. You will beat this! 💪🏾🎀
Thank you so much!!😢
What is the sleep cbd you recommend? Thanks
The one I showed in this video is by a company named Remedi. "Rest" was the name of this blend.
I just had a lumpectomy myself and will be on hormonal therapy. I wll pray for you and am so sorry that you have to have additional surgery. Keep the faith. And eat a lot of anti cancer foods to help too--berries, broccoli, fruits and vegs, etc. I pray for a low score. I am glad that you have support. Keep us posted on how you are doing!
Thank you! And I send your healing prayers and strength as well. I'm still documenting the journey and doing well!
Enjoyed your video I am in this journey. I need to get my hair shave. Blessings and Favor over your life keep pushing ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾
