Fortnite Rocket Racing: No Jump/Overthrust | Slap Happy
Jumping and Overthrust are two of the most important mechanics in Fortnite Rocket Racing, I would say just behind driving and steering. But can you complete every track in the game without using these mechanics? That is what I look to achieve!
Rules:
-You cannot jump or use overthrust. Any usage of either mechanic, whether it helps progress or not, whether on purpose or not, results in an immediate reset of the track.
-You must complete all laps.
-You must play with privacy set to "Private", and go in alone, to prove it is possible without drafting.
-If a respawn would put you ahead of an obstacle that in normal circumstances would require jumping or overthrust, you must reset the track.
The walls in the large jump are invaluable to this challenge. Without them it either wouldn't be possible or would need some heavy exploitation of the turbos.

Doing these little handicaps could be an interesting challenge for ranked. I’ve done the No-Turbo challenge but taking away thrust/jumps is an interesting way to play
Some are definitely more possible for ranked than others with this handicap. Python would probably need near perfect gameplay for a first place in ranked or even casual, though the addition of drafting might be able to balance it out and allow people to catch up easier. Definitely not possible to win near the top of the ranks though. Too much advanced tech that requires jumping.

There's a few options, at least on java, if you wanna stay as close to vanilla as possible, your best bet would probably be Optifine's connected textures, this is the route I go when on vanilla servers. If you don't mind having mods that add stuff you won't use, and are on single player or can convince a server owner to add a mod, the glass in this video is in the Create mod, from putting vanilla glass into a stonecutter. If someone's on bedrock and wants this, though, there's not much I can help 'em with there.

If I get too much attention, I stop being able to interact with them all separately. Markiplier has talked about this before, how he realized he'd never be able to have personal connection to his fans, he had gotten too successful for that. I don't want that. I want to be able to have a connection to my community, but not as some hivemind who all show up. I want a connection to each person. Maybe not a deep connection, but some sort of connection.

So I just finished a 2 hour long recording session for episode two, and it instantly got corrupted when I clicked "Stop Recording" on OBS. Hopefully I can fix the file, but if not... Yeah. Edit: Ten minutes after I closed OBS, the file somehow fixed itself... Kind of. Only the first half of the recording saved, but hey, half is better than none.
