The open mri don’t seem it would help ease claustrophobic because have the thing over your head while the top is close to face

i didn't even last in my MRI test today for no more than 2 minutes...i'm scheduled for an OPEN MRI next friday. I hope i can handle it
I have my MRI tomorrow. . .at Simon MED in Riverside and they use a open MRI a 1.2T. I'm thinking it is this Oasis brand since I've looked up this 1.2T and I haven't yet come across any other brand. This makes me feel much more at ease than that god awful tube . . . .um, I mean CASKET. I refuse to lay in a casket like tube to get an MRI.
but they still have the thing over your head so it dont help
