Some of the blinds are not fully down (closed) hence the larger light gaps. The smaller light gaps are due to uneven floor. Light is diffused through small gaps and appears larger than actually is. Unless the blind is not fully closed no gap in this video is even close to 25mm. Rubber comes in different sizes I’m not really sure why you assume 25mm? Ziptrak for example has many options for the bottom bar including: nothing, a plastic bumper, a 15mm rubber strip, a 30mm rubber strip, plastic valance or fabric valance. Valances can made to individual sizes as depending on the gap. If you are thinking of outdoor blinds make sure you find a company who works with you to achieve the result you are looking for. It is also helpful to be honest about what you want or the desired result. Sometimes what customers want to achieve with outdoor blinds is not possible or realistic without other alterations or inclusions. When dealing with a company, make sure they will work with you to set realistic expectations of the product performance and limitations. This will help ensure the desired result.

@@yourworldblindsnshutters thank you - one of the guys who provided quote to me said his has rubber at the bottom that is 25mm. Hence I thought it’s standard. Thank you for clarifying.

Thanks, it’s really hard to see...but we actually had to add a 10mm packing strip to create a flat wall surface to fit to. We ran that strip to the top allowing us to fit the flashing along the house wall as well. If the wall was flat (same plane top to bottom) then yes we would have simply attached the track and channel to the house

We are not sure if this products is available in India. We supply and install these systems in South Australia.
