Dr. Sanjay Aher and the entire neonatal team at NeoCare Hospital provided exceptional care for our newborn baby which was delivered on *high risk pregnancy* at the *29 weeks 5 day*. From the moment we stepped into the facility, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The doctor's expertise and dedication were evident throughout our baby's treatment journey. One day before actual delivery, Dr. Sanjay sir took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail, ensuring we felt informed and empowered every step of the way. Their attentiveness to our concerns and willingness to answer all our questions eased our anxieties during a challenging time. The neonatal unit itself was super clean and well-equipped, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our baby's care. The nursing staff was also incredibly compassionate and skilled, offering round-the-clock support and reassurance. *Best advise*: Visit and take counselling during the pregnancy (recommend for high risk pregnancy, premature birth) Best parts: 1. Good history on survival and mortality rate (see images for more details) 2. Very sensational for parents that I ever felt in my journey, *No need to move the patient baby* for any kind of sonography, x-ray, medical tests (all equipment are present inside the Hospital). I have seen parents who rushed to take sonography with a baby in one hand along with saline/oxygen on the other hand. 3. Having counseling 3 times in a day is 9.30am, 2pm, 7pm (noon time might get change) 4. Extremely high hygienic in the NICU (NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT) (No one is allowed in the NICU except the feeding mother with extra care) 5. Kangaroo Mother Therapy KMC for mother and baby 6. Some of the medicines are imported. 7. Formulated milk strategy for premature babies 8. Sai Baba's aarti and Religious festivals to boost spirituality and culture, also convey messages about humanity, love, happiness, and victory. 9. Babies with less weight were getting treated and were getting positive response (I have seen 700GM baby were getting treated) *Daily routine:* 8am Cleaning 9.15am Aarti 9.30 Doctor round for the admitted babies and counseling after that 11am OPD 2pm counseling for the admitted babies 5pm Cleaning 7am OPD and counseling for the admitted babies (Time might get differ due to some emergency or in case of holiday) Stay: 1. General and semi special rooms are available. Two ladies were allowed in the room at night. 2. Gents can stay at the Kalika Mata mandir Hostel (approx. 700 meter from hospital, 500rs for 3 person) 3. Yatri Dormitory (near Mumbai naka police station, approx. 700 meter from the hospital, 300rs per person) 4. Also, can take natural air and stay in the hospital gallery. Fee: 1. Totally depends on the gestational age and birth weight of the baby. Also, depends at what stage our baby stands for treatment and the response of the baby for treatment. For the initial days if the baby required the NICU it might cost 12k to 14k per day, around 10k for c pep machine, 8k for O2, 3k if baby does not require any specific treatment. But I would recommend to visit and see the charges before concluding anything. 2. 50,000 rs benefits can get from CM Care fund, 25,000 rs benefits from Siddhi Vinayak temple, Mumbai. For both the case we need to create file and visit once in Mumbai. Akshay sir will help you to create file. 3. All types of Mediclaim files will get created, Akshay sir from the account section will help.
